ABOUT GAMMA PAK
GAMMA-PAK STERILIZASYON SANAYI VE TICARET A.S. was established in Istanbul in 1992 in order to perform sterilization, disinfection and cross-linking activities by means of gamma irradiation method. Our company was established a gamma irradiation plant in 1994 in Çerkezköy Industrial Zone in Tekirdağ, Turkey and started its activities after obtaining the relevant license/approvals within the same year.

GAMMA IRRADIATION FACILITY

GAMMA-PAK STERILIZASYON SANAYI VE TICARET A.S. in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy Industrial Zone on an area of 12400 m2 established GAMMA-PAK Irradiation Plant. The plant has a total covered area of 2420 m2 and 1500 m2 of this is used for warehouse and storage purposes. Gamma Irradiation Device is JS 9600 model 4th category and automatic tote box carrier type. The Irradiation Device was registered by the International Atomic Energy Agency with serial number IR-185.
Radiation Device uses double encapsuled Co-60 radioactive pencils as source. The total capacity of the source panel is 101 PBq (3,000,000 Ci).
